Fiction manuscripts only. This drawing is not for children's books, middle grade, non-fiction, or an early draft.
Entries must be submitted using the entry form by 11:59 p.m. EDT on August 12, 2026.
One winner will be selected at random and notified by end of day August 14, 2026 via the email provided when you entered.
Prize includes a single Opening Pages Assessment: edit letter and a brief turnaround window (approximately 7–10 business days).
Prize must be claimed by August 17, 2026.
Opening pages must be in English (US, UK, or AUS) using standard manuscript formatting and be the original work by the entrant. AI-assisted work will not be accepted.
The manuscript will be evaluated by a human without any AI assistance.
